1. By using our service/product you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Due to the nature of the product no cash refunds are given.
3. Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Queries are to be mailed back to us within 7 days from the receipt of your purchase/date of our visit to your venue or place of work and must include purchased Photo-CD, prints or other photo-product. Your name, address, event date, the nature of the query and the purchase receipt (or copy of) will need to be sent with the correspondence. Please ensure that the mailing is sent ‘Signed for’, Royal Mail delivery and ensure you retain your postage receipt as ‘proof of posting’. Your postage costs will be refunded. If you wait to action your complaint and it falls outside the 7 day limit, we will action it at our own discretion. We do get busy.
4. We will replace product only if the error was a direct consequence of our actions or formed a part of our work process. We have in place a Quality Assurance Scheme, customer logs include, Incoming Orders, Process(Printing, Order Fulfilment), Q.A. visual colour/light balance check, Packaging & Dispatch. All prints are handled with cotton gloves to ensure they are fingerprint free, prints are subect to scrutinisation for marks, scratches, blotches, discoloration by heat and fluid spills before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you have a complaint about a colour print (or prints) they will be sent to Mitsubishi Electric UK for test/analysis/batch control.
5. We will only hold ordered photographs on file for a maximum of 6 months and then they will be deleted from our computer systems.
6. You must give us every opportunity to correct a fault or mistake. (If you choose not to send your order back for investigation, our service & good will to you will end).
7. All products are mailed, Royal Mail, Second class, Large letter,'Signed for' delivery. The price for this service is currently (12/2009) £1.22 per 100gms. To check up-to-date mailing costs click this link
8. If you do have a query please mention it before we leave your site, we will be happy to attend to it at the time of disclosure.
9. Where an order has been received by email, or a mailed order taken on site, we fulfil the directions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Terms of Photograph Use
1. Digital photographs are licensed for a One-Time-Use for a One-Time-Fee in
your marketing, graphic design, web, or other project. You can reproduce these
materials as much as you like up to 100,000 circulation
2. If further use is needed for any other purpose, (website construction/to print on another material), the photograph must be repurchased for that use. Our pricing is based on intended use for said price. Please contact us regarding special rates or for an upgrade.
3. The photograph may be used by the purchasing organization only, and may, in no way, be shared, sold, or otherwise given to other organizations or persons, without prior written consent from PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM
4. Customer may make further copies for their personal use only.
5. Customer may not transfer the rights of utilization to third parties.
6. PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM shall not be held liable for the breach of any rights held by a person or organization depicted in the images.
Licenced Usage - Images are licensed to one buyer for personal use at the stated price. Sale shall not constitute exchange of copyright.
Traditional Use - Use is the right to use a digital photograph for a purpose, once only, for an agreed price. (Commercial use only)

License Grant - Upon full payment for a digital photograph, PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM grants you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive right.
Copyright - Copyright means that under UK law, photographs that are taken and
produced by the photographer belong to him and are protected by those laws.
We at PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM do not engage in copyright exchanges for our photographic work.
All rights belong to PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM, the photographers. If you are unsure of your rights, please contact PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM.
If you would like to use a photograph on a product for resale, please contact PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM for more information.
Other - All rights to this website and the photographs in photo galleries are owned by PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM and are protected by the UK copyright laws.
PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM retain all rights not expressly granted by this agreement.
The photograph(s) are licensed only to you the user upon full payment and may not be transferred to another party, except with the written consent of PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM.
The license to you contained in this agreement automatically ends without further notice from PHOTODIRECTUK/SC Photos.COM if you do not comply with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions. At that time the user is required to stop using the photograph(s) and delete it (them) and all copies from all hard drives, CD-Rom, DVD disc, magnetic media or any form of digital storage mechanism.
Photographs are digitally watermaked by Photo Shop CS - Digimarc system tracking.
